Josechu Dàvila difundiò el discurso diario que una mujer espeta desde su ventana -que èl ha estado grabando durante un año- por medio de una manifestaciòn durante la inauguración de la exposición Insert Coin; Spanish contemporary art. En la manifestaciòn, compuesta por màs de 50 personas de nacionalidad china, se portaron pancartas con consignas extraídas de los propios discursos de la Señora. Los manifestantes estuvieron gritando las consignas portadas en las pancartas por la zona de la galerìa durante toda la inauguraciòn. El sonido de la manifestaciòn fue grabado y posteriormente emitido, junto a los restos de las pancartas, en la fachada del edificio de Para/Site art space durante los demàs dìas de exposición.
Las consignas seleccionadas fueron de carácter filosòfico y reflexivo, sin ningùn tipo de connotaciòn polìtica, social o de protesta. Finalmente, una manifestaciòn se convierte en el canal para difundir pensamientos profundos en vez de reivindicativos, desaprovechando asì (algo comùn en el trabajo de Josechu Dàvila) el derecho a la libertad de expresiòn y a manifestarse que existe en Hong Kong, ùnica ciudad de china donde esto està permitido.
PROYECTO GENERAL (in english below)El proyecto surgiò del acto casual de localizar a una mujer en un patio de vecinos de un barrio de Madrid, desde cuya ventana sale a dar un discurso diario para recriminar e iluminar al mundo.
Estos discursos diarios (en verano, invierno, con lluvia o nieve) se estuvieron grabando desde el sàbado 8 de Marzo de 2008, hasta el domingo 10 de Mayo de 2009, completando asì el perìodo de un año de duraciòn que se marcò inicialmente para el proyecto. Cada discurso, que durante 20/50 minutos espeta desde su ventana, muestra a una mujer culta e inteligente que lanza a un patio impersonal de vecinos sus "cargas de profundidad" en las que reflexiona sobre la vida, la sociedad, el ser humano y la soledad de éste. A la vez, va contando poco a poco su vida y coteidianidad con gran detalle, aunque curiosamente, lo que nunca dice es SU NOMBRE.
La formalizaciòn artìstica del proyecto cumple los propios deseos de la interesada (que no tiene conocimiento alguno de las grabaciones y de este proyecto) en los que expresa con rotundidad que “NO ME CALLARÈIS NUNCA y MI MENSAJE TIENE QUE LLEGARLE A TODO EL MUNDO, NO SÈ COMO, PERO TIENE QUE LLEGARLES”, entre otros muchos comentarios al respecto. Asì, el proyecto artìstico consiste en difundir por medio de obras de arte, en diferentes lugares, países y circunstancias, el mensaje de esta mujer anònima, utilizando unas veces el lenguaje plàstico, musical, literario; otras, el religioso, manifestaciones... o cualquier otro medio o soporte susceptible de utilidad para la creaciòn de una obra de arte.
Josechu Dávila will spread the daily speech of a woman who shouts it through her window -the artist has been recording the speech for a year long period- through a demonstration that will be held during the opening of the art show Insert Coin; Spanish Contemporary Art. The demonstration will be carried out by 50 chinese people, armed with banners with the mottos extracted from the original speeches of the anonimous woman. The sound of the demonstration will be record and afterwards at display, together with the used banners, in the frontside of the building of Para/Site Art Space during the show.
The selected mottos will be of a philosophical and reflective nature, with no politic, social or protest content. Finally, the demonstration will act as a channel to spread thoughtfull insights rather than protest, what in a way is paradoxical knowing that Hong Kong is the only Chinese city that allows demonstrations.
The general project, where this piece belongs, consits in spreading through art works, in different spaces, countries and circumstances, the 20/50 minutes long daily speech that this woman screams out her window, to reproach the world. The background of her messages, shows that she is an intelligent and cultivated woman that throws her “loads of profound thinking” to the public courtyard of her neighbourhood, insights about life, society, the human being and its solitude. At the same time, she is revealing about her life and her everyday with great detail, eventhough,she never reveals her name.
These daily speeches (in Summer or Winter, rain or snow) were recorded from
Saturday March, 8th 2008, until Sunday May 10th 2009 (8º anniversary of her first speech), one year period during which there were done the maximum number of recordings.
The message has already been disseminated in the form of artworks in various cities, museums and art spaces: A foundation, London; MUSAC de Leòn; MATCH BOX Festival Internacional de cine de Gijòn; Ciudadela, Pamplona; Club OUI, Madrid; UNDERGENTRYFICACTION, new York; ETHAN COHEN PROYECTS & WHITE BOX, Miami; Contemporany 09, now in Hong Kong, and sooner in Shanghai, Berlin, Bienal de Venecia...
The role of art in this case intends to serve as an amplifier Prophet of a woman who every day of her life, at three in the afternoon, from a courtyard of a neighbourhood of Madrid, reminds us that: "MY MESSAGE IS TO GET ALL THE WORLD Y. .. YOU WILL NEVER SILENCE ME, MOTHERFUCKER!
Josechu Dávil在“放入一枚硬幣;
西班牙現代藝術”的展覽開幕典禮期間，
透過遊行來傳播一位女士過去一年的每
天靠在窗前自言自語的談說內容的錄音信息。
遊行是透過50位中國籍人士手持標
語牌進行。標語牌上寫上了與該女士的談話內容。
遊行的聲音將會被錄音，稍後
將在展覽期間於Para/Site art space大廈與其他標語牌一同播放。
被揀選的標語都是哲學及反省性質的，內容與政治、
社會或示威的內容無關，使
遊行變成一個傳播深刻思考而不是示威的渠道。
同時它是反論的，因為香港是唯
一容許遊行的中國城市。
“概括性的計劃”是透過遊行的形式，在不同的地方、
國家及環境之下來傳播一
位女士每天的談說內容，而其談說的時間長約20至25分鐘，
該位女士靠在她的窗
子前說出對世界作出控告的語調，
這些信息表現了這位女士的文化修養及聰慧的
特質，她向一些街坊傳達了她的「深刻的苦惱」，表
現了她對有關生命、社會、
人類及人類的孤獨的反思。這位不願透露姓名的女士，
漸漸的詳細的講述了有
她的一生及每天的經歷。
這位女士的每天的談說內容分別錄音於不同時節，
有夏天、冬天、雨天或下雪的
日子，時間由08-03-2008(星期六)至10-05-2009
(星期日)(這段談說時間已是她開始「談說」的第8週年的持續錄音),
就這様完成了一年的錄音，其間盡量作出了最多次數的錄音。
現時我們已經在不同的城巿、博物館及美術館展覽，例如︰A
Foundation,倫敦、Music de León、Match Box Gijon之國際電影節、
Ciudadela,
Pamplona、Oui俱樂部,馬德里(西班牙首都)、
Undergentryfication, 紐約、Ethan Cohen
Proyects & White Box,邁阿密、現代09，稍後這個展覽分別於香港、上海、
栢林(德國首都)、Bienal de Venecia等地舉行。
